4. Payment Terms All subscriptions are billed monthly in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise agreed. Plans automatically renew unless cancelled in advance. We do not issue prorated refunds upon early cancellation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property All trademarks, branding, and content provided by or through DMReplyAI are the property of DMReplyAI or its licensors. No part may be reproduced, copied, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use You may not use the Service for unlawful activities, spamming, impersonation, harassment, or misrepresentation. Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Data & Privacy Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process information solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving performance. We do not access or store personal data from your end-users unless explicitly provided and consented to.

8. Third-Party Services & International Transfers We may use third-party services (e.g., OpenAI) located outside Canada, including in the United States and United Kingdom. By using our Service, you consent to the international transfer of your data, where applicable laws may differ.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMReplyAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last three (3) months.
